Products & Handmade Nature

Deglation jewelry is designed and carefully made in our Istanbul workshop.

Because many of our pieces are handmade and individually finished, slight variations in shape, surface texture, color, finish, or other details may occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Product photographs are intended to represent our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings.

Materials & Finishes

Product materials, finishes, plating, stones, and other relevant details are described on individual product pages.

Plated and oxidized finishes naturally change over time depending on wear, skin chemistry, exposure to moisture, cosmetics, chemicals, and how the jewelry is stored and cared for. This is considered normal wear rather than a manufacturing defect.

Made-to-Order & Ring Sizes

Certain Deglation pieces, particularly rings, may be made or finished specifically for your order.

Customers are responsible for selecting or providing the correct ring size when placing an order. We recommend confirming your size before ordering, especially for made-to-order pieces.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to fulfill the order, or incorrect product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at the time your order is placed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Order preparation times, estimated delivery times, shipping information, customs information, and our return and exchange conditions are described in our Delivery & Returns policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, local disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, customs procedures, or other import requirements depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, certain taxes or import charges may be collected or prepaid during the purchasing or shipping process. Any additional charges imposed by local authorities or carriers that are not included or prepaid remain subject to the rules applicable in the destination country.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled and stored with reasonable care. Exposure to water, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, chemicals, excessive moisture, or abrasive surfaces may affect the appearance and longevity of jewelry and plated finishes.

Damage resulting from improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on deglation.com, including jewelry designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, branding, and other original materials, belongs to Deglation or is used with permission.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used, or modified without prior written permission.

Website Availability & Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, photographs, or other content may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deglation will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, delayed delivery, improper use of our products, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
